By creating an account or using FieldTips (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FieldTips provides AI-generated football match predictions, statistics, and value pick analysis. Predictions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. Past performance of our models does not guarantee future results.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that accessing sports prediction services is legal in your jurisdiction. FieldTips is not responsible for compliance with local laws.

FieldTips is a prediction tool, not a guaranteed profit system. We provide probability analysis to help users make more informed decisions. Predictions are statistical estimates — outcomes are never certain.

• Use confidence scores and value pick edge % to inform — not replace — your own judgment.
• No prediction service can guarantee results. Football outcomes are inherently uncertain.
• FieldTips does not endorse or partner with any sportsbook or odds provider.

You may cancel at any time from your Account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We offer full refunds within 48 hours of the first charge if Premium features were not used. Refunds after 48 hours are at our discretion.

All content on FieldTips — including predictions, model outputs, text, and design — is owned by FieldTips. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

You may not:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our prediction data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our models or algorithms.
• Share subscription access with others.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

The Service is provided “as is”. We make no warranties that predictions will be accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet your expectations. Football outcomes are inherently uncertain.

FieldTips is not liable for any financial losses arising from use of our predictions. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
